riot can you start taking chat logs from lobby
we need this for the mid or afk players or feed players
ban them for a few days since they do it intentionally

They do save lobby chat for reports. However, saying they are going to do something is not the same as actually doing it, so unless they actually afk or feed (or whatever they said), there is not going to be a punishment. You can't punish people for minor trolling they say they will do (as opposed to verbal abuse and threats, which the chat itself is punishable). If they do say they're going to feed, it does implicate them for the Feeder Detection system, which is nice.
