New character Idea? (Military Tribute)

I was recently playing a 5v5 and on my team was a Jinx and the other team a Ziggs. I was thinking about their abilities when I thought of a cool champion! Sarge, a tribute to all the military personnel serving overseas and at home protecting countries around the world! I think it would be a really cool input into the game! Anyone agree? -FrostyBrody

Perhaps a Veteran's Day update! That'd be cool, sure- not far away from my own birthday so that'd be perfect.

To really be a popular idea, he will have to be more interesting than the average military stereotype though. How do you suppose you can imagine him from being different from every other tough army guy in every game?
