New RP idea

I know it sounds really strange, and that is where your guy's revenue comes from, but the problem with the Refer-a-Friend program with you guys offering RP for such amount of friends. To help fight this, Riot should implement and new game type, where every week there is a certain amount of "quests" you have to do on various maps, that you could earn RP,EXP, or IP not all 3. So it is not completely bombing your RP money income, but still lets players that are not fortunate enough to purchase the RP. Could this be possibly seen into the game in the near or late future?

I'd like the idea of winning say ~25 RP/ week. Especially if you're missing those 2 Rp for a certain skin on sale ~~~

Good Idea, a way to earn small amounts of RP would be nice. Weekly objectives/challenges/quests sound awesome. This could even be incorporated with new weekly gamemodes, similar to Smite.

For those who dont know what smite does: In smite they have a gamemode that changes weekly and is sometimes limited by characters, such as Thor vs Loki, where you have to be either of those 2. The RP incentive would also help keep people playing new game modes.

Great idea though, I would love to see something like this implemented.

I don't understand what you're saying. They don't offer RP for the Refer-A-Friend Program. This is very clear. http://na.leagueoflegends.com/rewards/

RP is their income revenue stream. Giving out RP for free just doesn't make any sense. For your time, you get IP, which you can buy to use any game content. RP only gives you skins, which are not necessary to play the game at all, and add no new functionality to the game.

You are essentially asking for free money, to get something that you don't need to play the game. It might not be the popular opinion, but I don't think I agree with you here.
