Riot, why do I have 30 FPS now? I used to have 60 FPS, now I have 30 FPS after not changing anything

Here I am running comfortably at 30 FPS. As long as it isn't dropping to 20 or lower, you can play proficiently. Anything more than that, it isn't going to change much unless you are becoming a pro
