Do premium chests only give 975 rp skins?

Or do they also have a chance of giving you legendary/ultimate skins? the premium chest that you get at level 5 or something?

Ive gotten a few higher quality skins like gatekeeper galio pre rework and i kick myself in the ass for disenchanting it. And a decent selection of legacy skins.
