Take Autofill out

Simply because I rather wait 15 minutes for a game where everybody is willing to play their roles than wait (2 minutes queue + 5 minutes character selection) x2 dodges + getting autofilled and playing a match with a role I don't even know how to (25 mins +).

I'm pretty sure people don't mind waiting longer if they are guaranteed their roles.
