Computer For league

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum area, I don't use the forums much!

Right now I'm using an ACER aspire E1-552-3442 laptop I got for free awhile back. However it gives me about a good 10 fps on every game I play, even at lowest graphics (team fights are a nightmare, I love 2 fps!) Anyone have some suggestions for prebuilt laptops/desktops that can handle league well? Laptop preferable, but I could deal with a desktop. Something cost affordable since I'm kinda broke, I'm not looking for anything spectacular just something that can play on medium or better graphics smoothly. Perhaps 200-500$? Not sure if this is possible but I'd like to know opinions!
