Punished for accidental dc

i knew the internet was working a bit slow today so i went to play a bot game, my dad came home told me they were working in the area on connections, 2 min later in game i dc, i connect back fast as i can, and now im waiting for F*cking 10min to play a bot game. I'm SO GLAD YOU CAN GET PUNISHED FOR STUFF YOU CANT CONTROL. This type of thing don't fix nothing all it do is make people furious and just quit. Especially if it was an accident
