You're doing really well, while you're not to plat MMR yet (~1900 elo is plat), you are facing players who are several divisions above you. As long as you keep winning the majoritiy of your games I'd expect you to go from G3 to G1 in your next promo, especially if you're getting 30lp a match, but good job and good luck!
Win your promos. You will probably jump to gold 3 or 2.
You need to win your promos if you want to skip divisions. When you win them, you will likely skip gold 4 and go to gold 3, if your MMR is high enough.
Also, just so you know, there are a few rules for skipping divisions. You cannot skip divisions 5 or 1 of a tier. If you get promoted to a new tier, you will always go to division 5 of that tier, and you also need to reach division 1 of a tier before getting promoted to the next tier.
so I skipped gold 4 yayy. I might even skip g2 to gold 1
