themed minions

What I mean by themed teams is all frost team (snow day ziggs, frosted ezreal, frostfire annie... etc) or an all demacian team. Would it be possible/ has riot ever thought of making it so if you have a fully themed team that your minions followed the theme too? An example of this would be if you have an all pirate team (bilgewater skins) your minions wear pirate hats. If you have a full shadow isle team your minions have the shadow isle mist trailing them. I was just wondering if riot has thought of this or if others think this would be a cool idea.
