Any of you guys having random chat restriciton issues?

Hi guys, So i recently posted this in the 'report a bug' section but it was remove...which i was really mad about but okay....even though this HAS to be a bug that I'm not the only one dealing with.

So my original account was banned 2 weeks ago for verbal harassment. What had happened was, I was being flamed and I tried to defend myself by flaming back, it resulted in MY account beng banned....SOOO...

I made a new account (a smurf if you will) and vowed that I would be more positive then ever. No name calling, no taunting, no questioning at all. Instead I promised myself that I would give advice and analyze the game rather then freak out if a person made a mistake, i make mistakes too so, its not fair for me to get all worked up over their mistake.

I have enforced this positive change extremely well...as i really HATE being banned (i play league 24/7....) and don't want it to happen again.

WELL...about 6 levels in to my new account, i received a chat restriction for 12 games...

This upset me because as I said, I had been super positive and really did not feel as though i deserved the chat ban...However I took the consequence like I had deserved it and moved on.

I just finished that 12 game chat restriction last night. I played 2 games with my boyfriend earlier today before he went to work, and when I went to log back on a couple hours later, I had a 13 game chat restriction waiting for me.

UHH...WHAT?!

THERE IS NO WAY I DESERVED THIS SECOND BAN. NO WAY. I played 2 games and in the first, we didn't do well and lost im a landslide (however it was still a good game, my team wasnt negative about it at all) The second game we won, and I even received an honorable opponent honor...I also didn't use the chat in the second game (much) because my boyfriend and i were duo bot lane together, and he was sitting next to me so no need for chat....

So either someone at riot is out to get me. Or they're having issues distributing chat restrictions.

Because I do not deserve this...and I'm very confused as to why I have a chat ban 2 games after i just finished a chat ban.., Both games that I was really really nice in...

Oh and also...all the the bann/chat restrictions im talking about have happened to me in the past 2 weeks....

I HAVENT gotten a single restriction or ban in my entire 2 years of player, and all of a sudden on both of my account i'm recieving bans out the ass like I'm some toxic troll using my account to ruin the world. lol.

No. really. I love league and this is bull...:(

someone give me an idea as to what is going on.

I might type 'too much' for someone and they might consider it spam? but i would type something like,

Sivir, I watched that last engage down bot...You should target draven instead of blitz, that way you'll take out the dmg dealer first then get the easy one...

and i might give her a couple more tips like that throughout the game....do some pepole report over this?

fyi I never actually spam, I might type long messages or 5 messages after one another but...I dont purposly fill up the chat with my name just because...

I just don't know why people are (reporting?) me.... I'm being positive as ever but im still receiving chat restrictions...sigh.

You could send a ticket to Riot support, but they'll probably just spam you with copy paste replies and insult you after long waits. https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Send a support ticket. They'll manually look at your chat logs. Something you have said has triggered this restriction. The only thing you can do is send a support ticket, and they will decide if it's justified or not.
