this is everyday now that a league player asks if we can have a game closed if someone never connect

every day now im getting people that try to dodge and fail and choose to not reconnect. just last game i had a nunu in aram who tried to dodge then failed, and never attempted to reconnect. naturally we had to wait 15 min of sufferring in a video game for it to end. whats taking so long? everything is so abusable, but when you put dcs ruining gmes over people ready to absue it, the innocent players deserve it more.
