Event: 4 v 4 tournament draft on summoners rift! ]FREE ENTRY

Plan: I plan to host this event monthly to encourage teams to innovate and build different team compositions to win a prize! Each team member on the winning team of the finals will be awarded $75.00 of riot points that means the team that wins takes away 300 dollars in riot points split between 4 people. How does this event work? This event will follow this procedure:

Single elimination rounds until the finals. The final round is best of 3.

Bans: Single elimination rounds = 5 champion bans per team. Finals = 1 summoner ability ban per team, 1 completed item ban per team (NO components PERIOD.), 6 champion bans per team.

Rules: Maximum of 16 teams will be accepted. In the event of no shows teams who post at registration time will be picked instead. Teams will be picked by post order.

In order to be eligible for this event you must be summoner level 30, in a league of legends team, and register your players and name as is on league! The host will never ask for your age, your rank or other personal information. Only communicate with the handle j j or an event helper, which will be provided the day of the event.

Teams must consist of 1 team captain, and 2-3 team members. Communication with event host will be done through the captain. (NO exceptions) 3-4 players registered for the event must be present in order to proceed. You are allowed 1 RINGER we will not provide the ringer you are responsible for that! If your team members or ringer are not present in your league team you will not be eligible to play in this event. Multiple ringers WILL NOT be accepted NO EXCEPTIONS.

Host will provide captains with opposing team captains name so they may communicate about bans and set up a game. If there is a dispute as to whether your team won or lost contact host.

Unsportsmanlike conduct is grounds for prize dismissal or disqualification. In the event your team forfeits their prize or is disqualified the opposing team will receive the prize or proceed on to the next round. (Captains can dispute a claim or report behavior deemed unsportsmanlike directly to the host by providing evidence. We are not affiliated with riot! The event host will quickly resolve any issues to prevent the event from being held up. In the event both teams were to have been deemed unsportsmanlike both teams will forfeit prizes and will be disqualified. The team below them will receive the prize. Event host has no sympathy for those who use this event as a means to talk down others or find it as another outlet to be toxic.

Teams playing banned champions will be disqualified.

Teams using banned summoners or items will be disqualified.

Team captains are allowed to pause the game once for a maximum of 5 minutes. Any second or further time after that period may be allowed if the opposing team agrees to it. After 5 minutes the opposing team does not have to agree even if you have a disconnect or if a players mother decided his or her time is up. Additionally the game may NOT be paused during a team fight. Out of respect for each team the host asks that only pauses be used in extreme circumstances. If the enemy team has reason to believe a pause was used to abuse and alter the outcome of a game their captain may contact the host and provide evidence.

Team bans will go as follows:

Single Elimination: Team A, Team B, Team A, Team B, Team A, Team B 2-2-2-2-1-1

Summoner ability bans will be presented first, then item bans, then champion bans. NO exceptions.

Finals: Team A Summoner, Team B Summoner, Team B Item, Team A Item, Team A ban, Team B ban, Team A ban, Team B ban, Team A ban, Team B ban

Registration:

You must post in this thread or if this thread is not found a follow up thread at the time: 11:30-12:30 Central. 11/7/15 The event will begin at 1:00 pm central. 11/7/15

Posting at 12:29:59 does not gaurantee entree into the tournament. The event is first come first serve. Those who post at 11:35 have a much better chance at being accepted since there is a limit. Though I suspect with a 16 team limit that it shouldn't be too difficult to get in even if you register later as opposed to earlier.

Only your team captain must post and he or she MUST provide a minimum of three summoner names and your team name. Your ringer does not have to be provided until after 12:30 or not at all if he / she is already on the team. Your team name will be searched and if you have a max team of 4 and a player is not listed your fourth player not listed will be assumed to be a ringer. IF this is not the case you MUST provide the ringers name before 1:00. If your team is not found then you will forfeit your position and the next registered team will take your spot.
