Alistar Unchained
Is it still possible to get the Unchained Alistar skin? I've already tried subscribing to their channel but nothing happens in doing so. I love playing Alistar and I would really enjoy getting the free skin.

You need to link your Youtube account to your League account. As long as that skin (and Riot Girl Tristana) is available, he will never be in the Free Rotation. So once you finally see him there you'll know the promotion ended.
