Thank you for your great effort in ranked!

I just want to say that i really appreciate people who put effort into ranked games and work as a team.

I think that Riot should put in a system to reward those players in case of a loss. I just seem a bit unfair at time when you have someone that pushes their lane to get towers and kills, and even roams to help others, to have to suffer because of the failures of others.

I am not sure what the rewards would be, maybe extra IP or something.
