Suggestion: Add high priority Que for remake

Heya Summoner!

I'am sure everyone knows how annoying it can be if you are in Que for like 2-7 minutes, after that you are in champ pick for 5 minutes just to reach the loading screen wich also takes 2-3 minutes. If that wouldnt be enough one of your mates connection get lost and you remake after 3 minutes wich is also a waste of time since you dont got anything from this match. And on top of that you wait just another bunch of time for the next match. Comming to a total of 20-45 minutes just for nothing.

So i would like to suggest a little tweak there:

IF you started a match with someone who lost the connection and you hit the "Play again" Button after the remake you get a high priority waiting Que , talking about you`ll find your next match faster.

Just saying because "remake" happens suprpringsly much since S5 and its just a huge waste of time without any reward.
