How Does One Get Rid Of T1 or T2 Runes Since The Combiner Is Gone?

I would also like to deleate my teir 2 and teir 1 runes. I read on other forums that u can just hide the teir one and two runes. Having to check the box every time i look at the rune page is extreamly anoying can I just deleate unwanted runes? For the love of ocd i just want a clean and neat rune folder!

there should really be a way for, when at level 30, a player to take 2 of the same runes from say tier 1 and make it into a tier 2 rune. and the take 2 of the same tier 2 runes and turn it into a tier 3. then new players wont have to worry about accidentaly messing something up and us lvl 30s with all these useless runes havent wasted all that IP.. i think thata would be swell
