YouTube Video in Client in French?

I'm in NA, I have everything for league set to English, and yet the title of the YouTube video is in French. What's up with that? Only that video title is in French; everything else in my client is English.

I have a screenshot of it, if that's helpful, but I can't figure out how to post a picture since these boards are janky as all hell.
