Desperately need advice

In a quick nutshell. Was playing a game and my adc was INCREDIBLY abusive, everything only I said he would tell me "shut the **** up" and then proceed to insult only me non stop.

After the game which was an incredible win I of course reported him, but there was one very solid problem.

He absolutely carried the game. His ending score was something 25-4-11 and he even got a Pentakill. I already know nobody in the game besides myself reported him. As a matter of fact, I got reported by him and his duo. Afterwards he added me and i decided to accept, and he said "I hope your parents die of cancer"

I honestly have no idea what to do. People shouldnt get away with that sort of talk, how do i report him? Do i just send an email to riot?

Screenshot and report it to Riot. I doubt they will do anything other than "We can not tell what disciplinary actions we will use" and make you try to feel better about yourself. Honestly though, just mute him and ignore. Because at the end of the day(hell even the game) no one will care if he carried or even got a penta.
