If i report someone it means i dont want to play with them again

Because reporting someone / muting them / blocking them does nothing to stop match making... You don't want to play with someone again, simple: Don't queue for a while, take a break, get some coffee - come back when they are most likely in another game. If you immediately queue after a game, mathematically you're likely to get them in the same queue again.

In higher ELO, you play against/with a lot of the same people because the pool of players is so small. If you could report someone to ensure that you don't play with them, it'll increase wait times, and unpopular players might never get to play.

Also, it would create too many false reports. Someone had a low KDA? I don't want to play with them anymore...report.

Because every d bag deserves a second chance.

Ya, besides if you wait 5 mn or so, you'll never see that player a agian, if your not high elo.
