Random lag spike that gets you killed

Some times for me i go all game no lag at all but then when im up close about to start wrecking a tower my connection jumps and the screen lags uber hard and im clicking like made to move back to my tower but by the time the screen catchs up im 3/4 dead, and once im away from the enemy team the lag is gone, this situation happensa around enemy champions some times too, im trying to run/escape but i get rubber banned and killed, like getting hit by an ahri taunt except their is no ahri on the enemy team so im left with a "wtf taunt was that" that got me killed cause i didnt click to make my champion turn around and get cought i was mad clicking trying to go away from them but its like they forced me to turn around for 2 sec so they could hit me with a skill shot that i would have been out of range for otherwise.
