So I am trying to grasp how this works. A player DC's for two and a half minutes from a bugsplat. Then gets back in starts playing yet somehow the tam can remake on a 3/1 of 5 vote?
Last I checked a 3/1 of 5 resulted in NO SURRENDER.
The remake vote has different requirements to pass than an actual surrender vote.

Uhh I think you only need 2 votes actually to Remake. Which is really fucked up. 3 people could want to play the game out but 2 decide they'd rather not so you just wasted 15 minutes getting into the game and some poor sucker lost LP cause he came into the game a little late.
So from the replies, I gather that people that bugsplat are fucked from now on then and people that want to actually try and play are forced back into a que. GOOD TO KNOW RIOT!
