So I have seen a few bot games games now on my low level EUW account where some crafty players have found a way to AFK all game as Heim.
This pretty much only works in bots but I believe it is an issue none the less.
I actually remember having a 
do this in one of my bot matches! It was really... I have no clue what to say. But yeah it was really pathetic. Just sat there THE WHOLE DAMN GAME! So of course I reported him. But it was still really weird nonetheless.
Had a friend test this with me on a custom game here on NA, even if you religiously clear the camp he sets up on the game still registers the couple of turret shots as input from him cancelling leave buster.
Try to lure the red buff monster over to kill him or the turret?
get yourself low, run towards an enemy bot, make them chase ya over to heimer, die inside the bush with him in it
tada problem solved
