Stop the bot accounts - add account security

The bot accounts are getting worse by the week. The sheer number of friend requests has exploded, all from level 1 accounts that have never played a single game of League.

I find LoL drastically under-developed as far as account security. The storefront side of things is fine, credit cards, transactions, etc are pretty standard. The social side of LoL is just rudimentary, not able to deal with the bots and various (rare) malicious players.

• Add an optional security measure to accounts where someone has to know your email address to request you as a friend.
• Add the option to BLOCK an account that has requested friendship with you, preventing further requests, messages, etc.
• Add a flydown menu when in someone's profile (ie: you searched for their summoner name without being friends with them) and add a couple of options, mainly BLOCK so you can prevent further interactions with/from that account. Only being able to block accounts that are already on your friends list is ridiculous.

If some account is bothering me, or there are a few um...'celebrity' LoL accounts I just never want to play/interact with, I'd like to see Riot implement the tools for me to proactively protect or ensure my game experience is as pleasant as possible.
