So I just realized something. When you report someone, it says something along the lines of "Thank you this has been sent to the Tribunal for review". The Tribunal isn't a thing anymore. Does this mean that our reports are then rendered ineffective? It sure seems that way.
No. The Tribunal may be down, but there are still systems in place to address it.
They simply never changed the acknowledgment message that pops up. I suppose they didn't expect it to be down long enough for that to be a concern. Especially since they'd just have to change it back when the Tribunal does come back.
