They buffed Bork, which is an indirect buff to her, last patch. Next path they are giving her more direct buffs (6.24)Edit: I think they are bugging her in 6.24

they held the Kalista buffs until 7.1 to see how the Fervor buffs and BotRK buffs impact her before buffing her directly

she has the highest base Att Spd in the game and she gets an extra 9 + 1% (10% to 27%) Att Spd per level when near her Oathsworn. She has a very strong kit which is difficult to balance around, which has been a problem in the past, which is why they are being careful about adding several changes to her at once

Her base attack speed is 0.644. Definitely less than every other ADC.

It is unfortunate that such cool concepts are so hard implement. Aesthetically and mechanically, Kalista is a beautiful character. Hopefully they can strike an optimal balance soon.
