Riot, you really need to nerf veigar, or atleast have a cap on his ability power. veigar can litteraly just keep farming ability power and there is no way to counter that. no matter how much mr you get, your gonna get 1 shot. how is that even balanced?? 1500 fucking ability power? like riot, fix your fucking game for fuck sakes.

He can't do much to anyone before he gets his AP, or his ult for that matter. After that, you only get oneshot by his ult when the game is super late, and Veigar needs to land his E before he can combo you. That means you dodge his E and finish before an hour has passed. The thing is, in bronze no one knows how to finish a game or counter champs and he gets to stomp as a result. TL;DR: git gud

And in team fights, when things are chaotic, an OP champ is a huge problem even if, in a vaccum you could outplay him.
Git Gud is not an answer. No matter how OP or broken a champion is there is always a way to, theoritically beat that champion, but that is not the point and that kind of thinking almost makes it impossible that a champion ever is a problem.

Well, if a player is bronze or silver and complains about a champion beeing op... look at the post, 50% of the champions are supossed to be op. But seriously, do you want tipps? For what phase? What position are you in? even better what champion are you playing?
If you are a tank, then evade his meteor and dont get stunned in the cage (which is really easy). Are you a ranged tank or have ranged abilities? Use them against Veigar while you are IN the cage, he is as fragile as an egg. The Cage is down? chase him, dont get hit by meteor, he has zero mobility without his stun.
And in team fights, when things are chaotic, an OP champ is a huge problem even if, in a vaccum you could outplay him. Your team must ALWAYS work together, no matter who the enemy is.
Somebody has a blink/block/Fizz ability? (
etc) Use them and kill Veigar. Or you know, buy 
and go through the stun and beat him.
Are you a mid champ against him?
Are making you nearly unkillable for hoim (not all, take 1 or 2)
But you could also read a guide... Or play Veigar, see if he is op yourself, maybe you are picking the wrong champions against him, or you are not familiar with him, see it for yourself.

LordGeovanni1 votesplayed every champion in the game from season 4 and up from then . got every champion in the game late season 5 and up from then. veigar was balanced but then riot for some reason took his anti mage play style and haveing to be in short range to damage the enemy to doubleing his ap stack speed and trun his anti ap nuke ult into an anti every thing nuke ult while makeing it so that he stacks just by pokeing in lane no longer does he have to make sure to try to get the cs as hitting the competition out of lane is much more reliable and you can always cs with basic attacks

Birbonius1 votesThe real question is,how did both teams stall a game that long to get him at 1500? It should've been a 48+ minutes game,and that's where you (the team) fckd up: Veigar is the damage twin of Nasus,so if you let them have time to stack you'll eventually lose.

Right now everyones running around with lethality builds and two shotting squishies, theres no time for slow build up on veig/nasus(/thresh).
