New way to honor teammates?

What if Riot gave us the option to honor our opponents with a few RP? Not like, a lot, maybe a cap of about 10 or so. I know there are quite a few people who would ask to be honored with RP every game so they could get stuff, but I'm thinking this is geared towards people who don't have enough RP to buy any skins, and want that perfect little 0 RP on their screen. (I'm currently sitting at 1 RP, and it frustrates me like no tomorrow) Also, those that are just a few RP away from purchasing a skin or champ wouldn't have to bug Riot for the few couple RP they nee, they could just be an effective team member and their teammates could reward them with the necessary RP.
