A Message to the Players

My IGN is Sir Sammalot and I'm in B5. I have something I have been wanting to say something to the LOL community every since I started league. And no, I'm not gonna complain that I'm in "Elo Hell" or that, Ranked is broken Or even that, Rito's server's suck and I'm losing because of it. No I want to say to the lol community is that you can do it. You can climb out of that cursed elo hell, You can get out of bronze, you can make it to silver, to gold, to plat, and even to diamond. You can do it. No matter what anybody says or how many times you may be flamed in champ select for picking teemo or, being cursed at by your own teammates because you didn't join a teamfight because you were busy farming. You can do it. You can rise amongst your peers and win. You are unlike all the other trolls in Silver 5 who pick urgot top and intentionally feed. You can rise above that. A diamond player you may meet one day will say to you that you are trash and that you will never climb out of bronze. But one day, you will prove them wrong, you will show that you are better than any other player you will rise above all odds. You will be a true winner. And one day, you will meet that same diamond player and he will look at you with the utmost respect. You will win. You will rise. You. Will. Be. Victorious.

Or you won't. There's a reason most of the player base is in bronze.

Nice speech and don't worry! This attitude by itself is enough to climb out of bronze, maybe not till the end of this season but next season definietly.

I remember I once went 11/9/4 (I don't remember the exact score, but it was something like this) in a blind pick on Caitlyn and lost, and the Diamond V Udyr on my team told me I was horrible, and that I was the reason we lost the game, that I should be banned and that I would never leave Bronze (I wasn't even in Bronze at the time, I, was in Silver), WELL LOOK AT ME NOW UDYR, LOOK AT ME NOW.

Nice speech, but one thing you have to remember is that when you're a fresh 30 and you play ranked, you will end up in bronze. People talk about elo hell and all of that, but the simple fact is that while you might think you know the game at 30, you still have a lot to learn. With time people will rise even without a pep talk just cause that's the name of the game. I honestly doubt that there's anyone in bronze with over 300 wins that doesn't want to be there. You're right. Keep working and it and you will get better, but I'll bet you that you're not there because you're bad. You're there because you lack experience.

im in silver 1 and op.gg says my MMR is around the 35th percentile already.
