If you look at the red tracker she is all over it giving people a chance for their 100th win to face her and she has been doing this for so many people (She must have a really full schedule!). I honestly think that no rioter would do this much for the fans. And for a fact she participates the most in the boards and the community so it just makes me happy that thier is at least one rioter who still cares about the fans.

I think it's awesome that she's able to hop in for 1000th win games. This was something that started while the community was still small. Being able to uphold that expectation for such a large population of players isn't easily viable anymore. So, it's not fair to say that she's the only one that cares about everyone here.
Never actually seen her in the fields of justice, over 1000 wins deep... One day though I shall see a riot person and be beaten into the ground.... again :P

I don't think she works at Riot anymore, but I still remember Hollymonster being pretty awesome with helping me with the issue I had at the time.
