I'm sick and tired of Riot putting me on the LeaverBuster when it's server prevents me from entering matches. This is a violation of my rights and they better take me off of LeaverBuster or I will never play this poor excuse for a game ever again! I will not be silenced and I will make sure my voice gets heard!
It's probably not the server, because then everyone would have connection issues. The issue is probably with your ISP and the routing your packets are sent to the server. You might want to look into getting a different ISP, more bandwidth (if you're doing multiple things on the internet) or checking your ping to the server before starting games.
This is also not a violation of your rights, because none of the rights granted by the constitution are being infringed on here. In most cases, private companies have full legal rights to deny service to individuals who violate their terms of service.
