Make it so you can separately change the quality of champions and minions.

I used to play on low character models for the extra FPS, and I recently put them up to high and all the champs look so much better. My only problem is that I could have much better FPS if I could keep the minions at low settings as well. Right now I get around 30-40 fps when I got like 50-60 with the quality low. I feel like more people would also enjoy seeing their victims die in HD without dropping so many frames.
