[Gameplay] Load into game late, can't walk out of base

I loaded into the game at 30 seconds after it started and I couldn't walk out of spawn as if the wall was still up. I couldn't flash over it, I couldn't recall and fix it. I was forced to reconnect. This scares me, because if bugs are forcing me to disconnect and reconnect, I might get leaverbuster penalized for things that aren't my fault.
