A start of a new Ranked System Concept

TL: DR - Three weeks ago, I posted a thread about how the ranked system is negatively affecting the community and enviroment of the game. Scroll down to see the concepts of a new system that would judge/rank players based on individual player stats, not based on if the team wins or loses(like is now) because you ultimately have no control on how your team performs.

Please, before proceeding, I would suggest you be familiar with the stats, like K/D/A, GPM (in detail) and the ranked system itself. If you comment just for e-cred, karma, or alike, saying something like "omg, so dumb" I will not read your comment, I have no time to deal with a post that's only for attention.

Hi, about 3 weeks ago now, I posted a thread about how the current ranked system, is negatively affecting the community and environment of this game. I have come up with an concept, of a new ranked system that judges the player on individual stats instead of judging the player based on if they win or lose (the current system. For more of a semi-in-depth look, please read the TL;DR on the link to my previous thread).

This concept is based off of three different sources I have gathered information from:

  2. This is the match history information from the complany itself. (This is my profile, only to demonstrate my references and points. Not an attempt to be like "Dude, I'm so good at Xin Zhao".

So I do understand challenges with this concept. However, this is a concept I have in mind, at least for a start. I would like some developer feedback:

  1. The interactive map featured on the Map History provides some good information. I think it could be used as part as a monitoring style system to track how players play, during the game.
    • For example, let's take a jungler. There could be a system that tracks how long an teammate spends time in the jungle (maybe included camps taken as well) and also how many gank attempts made, based on what could be borderlines that the system could read around the jungle perimeter that leads out to the main 3 lanes. The gank attemps would be based off of, how long the jungler has been out of the jungle perimeter (not including lane river bushes or bushes). To further extend on that, it would also track how many kills/assists the jungler has, HOWEVER in the case of let's say a jungler was going to gank top lane, but the top laner already killed the opponent, it still would count as an attempt the system would mark as an "ok". Like I said this is a CONCEPT, and I understand there may be holes. SO before you comment, please realize what a concept is, and then proceed.
  1. GPM(Gold per Min)/ Ratio of Kills - There could be another system built in to what I stated above or another system that coincides with it. I'll take a laner as an example this time.
  • -GPM would be monitored, to be make sure a player is not just afking, trying to cheat the system. Also ratio of kills would be a "counter", if you will to the GPM, to make sure the player is just not farming all game in hopes to cheat the system to move up. Ratio kills, would keep track of how much time has intervened in the last kill until the next. This also would coincide with GBM to make sure a player does not just get a kill, afk at base, then wait until it's time to get another kill, to sneak around the lines. I understand they could do the same thing with just farming GBM to try and cheat the system, and that would be the use of the REPORT system. Since there are people (not saying this judge-ingly ), who are willing to break rules there is a chance of this happening, so no, by nature this system will not be perfect, due to people that may be willing to do something like that.
  1. Overall "Career" stats - This would track the combined stats of, GBM, Ratio of Kills, KDA Contribution along with Jungler stats (jungler stats if needed), similar to the LCS Player stat page. I would urge not to soley go based off this when going agiasnt other players, neither am I promoting to either.

So wait, are you saying that ranking should be based on things like KDA, CSing, and warding?
