Why do I play LoL? Why do you play LoL?

Hello there everyone. I'm Tito and as you have guessed I play LoL. The question is why? Well the real question is why do I continue to play LoL? I have encountered just about every nightmare there is to have in my short time playing this game. I dislike ranked because after every few games I get into a match where my teamates start fighting with each other to the point they just stand in spawn typing instead of trying to make a comeback. I dislike normals because if you don't do what your team wants you to do at every moment they want it they call you mean things. I dislike co-op vs ai because you don't get to hone your skills and teams don't communicate there. I dislike customs because they are too predictable. I don't dislike League though. All these issues I have stated involve the community. I know that not all of the community is like this but a vast majority of it is. So why do I continue to play League even though this ever present problem keeps me, my friends, and many many others away from success? Because every day I wake up and hope that just for that day things will be different. I hope that teams will get along and encourage each other to get better instead of yell, "Noob" and, "feeder"I hope that instead of making people feel bad by forcing them to lane where they are not good at they ask what lane the person is used to. I hope that when someone loses a match that they don't blame anyone and acknowledge that the enemy team just had better skills. I hope that the community has been cleaned and will continue to run as smooth as possible. This is why I continue to play League, because I carry hope, not that I will do good, but that others will have hope to. Why do you play LoL? Sit down and think about it.

I play the game because I enjoy Strategy MMO's and I enjoy playing with others even though some can be a little nerve-wracking. But of course the new champions with actual original skills make it even more interesting as well as the development of graphics over the years.

Eventually if you keep playing, and stay positive, you will go up in rank (even in normals!), and the people do, believe it or not, get less toxic on average. The amount of typing in each game has gone down with each tier i have achieved. I think people eventually start to realize they will never see these people again, and winning the game is more important than getting in the better insult. I am amazed at how many people can't think this way, though...
