normal games show more skill than ranked

got a ranked ban the other week because i like to tell players off that either instalock a role they never play or kids who dont try to win and ive seen this over my period of games. 1. players try 10x as hard in normals than in ranked, i get back to ranked i get support mains playing first time mids getting stomped instalocking garbage like irelia jungle literally cancer. 2. the players in normals that are higher ranks get beat by lower ranks, the kids dont rage in normals they actually play the game and they somewhat know how. Went from playing vs golds to diamonds and beating them within the week taught me alot. 3. anyone can get to diamond 5 if they have a tiny bit of knowledge in the game the only thing holding you back is in reality your teammates. Ranked is a cesspool of cancer, raging kids who are mad they suck raging kids like me who are mad my teammates literally give no fucks and nobody who knows how to play the game. And this is why even pro's complain about how shitty everyone is in north america its not even a game its just cancer
