so I get my friend to start playing and I haven't been level one in forever so I forgot u have to unlock things. dear riot, if your trying to learn to play why prevent the newbies access to real runes and masteries? I blame the junk lvl 30 who can only adc on you this is BS how he wants to jungle but cant since he wont survive and that makes stupid non sense making situations like 2 top. please do something about this. unlocking basic abilities should not be in a MOBA. that's common sense.,
