ANnie's new skin
so when panning thru annie skins I noticed a new one kinda looks like tibbers is a giant robot so I'm guessing battlecast anyone have any more info thanks?

Its the Hextech skin. You can get it by drawing it from the Chest, from shards, or possibly from randomly fusing 3 skin shards together. I have heard that some people got it through mystery gifting but im not 100% sure about that!
That is Hextech Annie, you can earn it through the new hextech chests.
