A (Band-Aid) Solution for the Lack of Availability of Specific Champion Details

If we can't view full champion details in game, then at least provide an in-client button/link to their profiles at the League of Legends website.

EDIT: These pages do not provide cooldown lengths, nor do they specify the cooldown changes per level up. Could these be added to the page, please?
