A tad sad. Got a PG278Q but was suffering an apparent widespread issue where in motion half the red led's dim down so it creates a checkered effect (very noticeable in League). I'm being offered a refund instead of a fix so I assume that means all monitors suffer form this and there currently is no fix meaning I miss out on what is otherwise a pretty amazing screen.
Kinda a 1st world problems issue but I was excited and just couldn't wait for this monitor for almost a year and after experiencing 2560x1440 144hz Gsync you just can't go back. A tad anticlimactic. :(
On the plus side been playing Sonic Generations and Metal Gear Rising, both being pretty awesome! :D

Problem solved!
After looking for work, among game companies and normal software ones, I finally got a job! My dream is to become a technical designer like you Xelnath, but it seems for starters I'll have to settle as a software engineer at least so I can move.
I looked for work for almost half a year, and after being turned down at several places, I was starting to lose spirit slightly. Apparently I made good impression on some recruiters though, because I got two job offers this same week. It was the greatest feeling I've had that is related to working. I was feeling wanted, they was fighting over who could hire me, and their fighting increased my monthly salary by about $300. Money is not important to me, I just wanna work with something I love, but the feeling of being wanted it was GREAT!
I will now pursue the game design and game developer in my spare time, me and a friend have a small game project we are gonna do either in unity or in his framework he have made. Being able to move, means we live in same town at least, and in the future I can maybe get a job at Paradox Arctic which is in same town as well. It feels as if I am moving slowly but surely towards my dreams!
Music in champ select can't be turned off in champ select. Wtf.

Xelnath, I need to discuss a serious issue with you.
If you look closely at pool party ziggs you will notice katarina in the background. I really need to know how that skin is coming and how much longer I am gonna have to wait to buy it. It seems high priority tasks like these have gotten lost in the shuffle and I really need you guys to refocus your efforts.
Is the ultimate skin this year gonna be Pool Party Katarina or possibly Ballerina Katarina or maybe even Katarina First Blood (rambo theme) ?
Your prompt response regarding this most pressing issue will be greatly appreciated.

Do you think it would be possible, or reasonable to give Mini-Gnar 5 more range per level?
He would still start with the lowest AA range, but grow into a reasonable range faster, and fit more with his character by giving him a strong (but not best, like his movespeed) AA range at max level. Considering it's his Kiting skills that end strong and his Tank skills that stay weak, I'm not sure why his AA range was made to be so low through an entire game.
Basically it would improve his playability without damaging his matchups as he'd still start lowest and end higher.
Also, have you considered making Ryze's abilities blocked by creeps, in a similar way to Lulu's Pix, rather than cut his Mana damage? No more free harass and he'd still get to build in his unique way.

So there is this girl i met at the university, she used to be in one class with me before she switched to the night turn, and i kinda developed a MASSIVE crush on her. I belive we have a lot in common, but the obstacle im facesing now is 1. She lives a bit far (30 minutes) 2. She works a lot (like 5-6 times a week) 3. She recently broke up 4. She goes to the night shift at the university whereass i have the morning turn.
I have no idea how to approach her, i do have her on facebook, and the only game we share in common is SMITE as far as playing with her. Im shy as far as asking her out, but i really cant stop thinking about her; Shes too fuking cute >.>

Yo Xel. Just being a king doing kingly things... n' stuff. Nah. Honestly? Just kinda been going up and down with depression lately. Ever since I got out of high school I've been depressed off and on, sometimes I'm not for awhile, but then it comes back and I hate it. I used to have it real bad, suicide weighed heavily on my mind the past couple years but I don't really think about that anymore. I try my best to be happy, but my current situation is pretty sh*tty right now. Life just... feels really stagnant. I go to work, I come home, I play games with friends, everything's fine... annnd then it's not and suddenly I don't feel like eating, being around people or... doing much of anything really. It really kills my hygiene and physical fitness too, because it gets to a point where I just stop caring. I'm going to start looking for a therapist soon though I think, finally, so hopefully things will get better.
I'm stuck...
I've been on a path in school for the last 3 years working towards getting into a position in the game design industry. I've also had a longtime love for making music since I discovered I had a talent for the ukelele in the 6th grade. I started to learn the violin but ended up stopping after 3-ish months (this was a year or so ago), even though I feel like I could have gone somewhere with it, just because I was too afraid to let people hear me practice. I've also started trying to teach myself the piano in the last couple weeks, after having the urge to do so for months, which is a little easier because I can use an electronic keyboard with headphones. Finally, I make EDM in FL studio, which is basically the only thing I've ever WANTED to put time into on the computer other than video games.
With all that said, I've always wished I could make music a career path, whether it be through EDM, piano, violin, guitar, or anything... but I never genuinely considered it until I realized I would probably drop my pursuit of the game design industry in a heartbeat if it meant I could make music for a living :(
Now I'm stuck. It's too late to switch after all this time and money spent working on getting into this interactive arts and tech program, even though my real passion lies elsewhere. I get this sick feeling in my gut every time I think about where I might be if I had chosen to pursue music instead, how I could have been amazing at these instruments if I hadn't dropped them, and all these other missed opportunity things :(

Been playing Luxanna Crownguard a lot here recently and I just want to say thanks for such a wonderful game and such a great champion :) What are your thoughts on where she stands right now? I think she is one of the most balanced champions but I'm sure that's up for debate
