In all seriousness, though, these threads aren't bringing anything constructive to the boards. You're free to complain, but please at least spend a paragraph or two writing something vaguely productive.
If Riot was going to just set up a new East Coast server they'd probably have done it by now. Perhaps they're planning to build some serious communications infrastructure across the country just so that the NA server doesn't have to be divided. If that's the case, it's going to take a while. Give it a few months, see if Riot announces anything interesting in that time.
