Does Alt-Tab Correctly Show the CD of Enemy Summons?

I've been trying to figure out the best way to time spells, and I am wondering if the cooldown in seconds is correctly showed ton CD of Enemy summons? (What it should be, not the actual CD like on drake).

That make sense?

Like, if the enemy used exhaust or flash and I checked on my time stamp, would the seconds on the alt-tab show if they have lucidity boots or if they have Insight? Does it add into account those things when you alt tab and hover, or is that something I need to check on each enemy and take into account myself?
