.... I used to like her. I used to think her existence was fueled by a righteous vengeance. Come to find out Shauna is just a heartless hag!!!! Frey deserved better than that. I hope drops a poison tipped silver arrow onto her ironically un-empathetic, remorseless right big toe!!!! Maybe you can purge yourself of your empathy deficit disorder!

Man, what a jerk....... flippin . Your mother would not be proud of your actions!!! I hope Frey comes back to haunt you.........

This is just the Frey dedication thread my heart needed.

Frey, you don't know me. In fact I don't even know you all that well, but you were an inspiration to us all. You taught a broken child to fight back the darkness, and for that we will be forever grateful that you left behind a legacy.

But this legacy killed you in cold blood, for you taught her too well. For you see, you knew how to kill. But you also learned to love. You still loved your family, you fought for the right reasons. You loved Vayne, like a daughter it seemed. You taught Vayne to kill, but you forgot to teach her how to love. You forgot to teach her how to feel, how to care. But I don't blame you. You didn't know how far she was gone. Vayne did what she did on her own.

Rest easy Frey, in the knowledge that you did as best as you could. We cherish your memory and hope that one day Vayne sees the light. Perhaps through your memories.

Just gonna copy paste this from another post I made but.

Perhaps if Frey had been upfront about it at any point during Vayne's training to ruthlessly track down and kill monsters & dark magics; Vayne would have been more accepting of the fact and less used to killing.

Maybe if Frey had better word choice than "She explained that after the death of her family, she had become a shaman, inviting the curse upon herself in order to gain the power to change shape and fight against the Ice Witch. The ritual that gave her these powers involved dark magic" she would still be alive.

Even then we know that it took Vayne long enough to make up her mind for Frey to start explaining "but she made this sacrifice to protect–".

All these people acting like Vayne is a monster for killing a monster. Sure Frey had control now but what about in five years when Vayne falls asleep with a little too much of her own blood on her clothes and Frey just can't handle it. If Vayne had let Frey live there she never could have just killed a monster again without questioning her choice.

I think the new lore is better simply because the new vayne is someone who inspires disgust in you.

As a Werewolf main in League and in D&D, Vayne disgusts me. Literally the antithesis of my most beloved D&D character. Which I turned into a champion concept a while back... I wonder if I can dig up my notes about it again?
