I just really liked her as a character, and I just find it fun to go off in the late game and jump around. I used to main Jinx before I picked her up back in 2014, and have always liked the "Weak Early, late game super scaling" ADC playstyle and I just ended up enjoying her, though I picked her up pre-rework when she was super busted, even with not such a complicated kit. She's not on the best spot right now but meh, I just enjoy playing her. She has the best late game self peeling kit of the ADC roster (or one of the best if you wanna count Ez and Vayne), but it takes her 90 years to scale. Still, the games where you reach that point is a lot of fun.

I just tend to have a personal dis-taste for her due to seeing her a ton during s6 when I was learning how to play braum and seeing her constantly just playing super defensively. Really didn't like it.

Maybe increase the speed of her jump? No cooldown or damage changes, just make it go a little faster or take less time to jump.

Isn't that one of the things that makes it "balanced"? I mean, it's one of, if not the longest range jump in the game... I feel like if you made it faster it would be too strong, especially with the resets.

Ultimate/Legendary and sometimes even just Epic skins usually come with nice Summoner Icons of that champion.

Tristana has two legendary skins. Firefighter and Dragon Trainer, then of course she also has an Epic skin, Bewitching Tristana. Guess how many Tristana icons we have:

None.

I should make a thread about it now that you've reminded me of this situation. Fizz is cute (ignoring the little sh*t he's in game) I just think he's cute.
