When do new champion sales rotate?

So I bought some RP for the july champion sales and my eyes are on Diana and Vayne for adc and toplane and maybe jungle. So far I've bought Lee sin with his special and also the pool party (50%)

I don't think Lee sin was on the list for july sales. but when do champion sales rotate and why are some random champs 50%, they aren't on the champion sales list. ex. lee sin

Champion/skin sales rotate every 4 days, and the next sale starts on the last day of the previous one. So, there's one coming up that will be from 7/3 - 7/6, then the one after that will be 7/6 - 7/9, then 7/9 - 7/12, etc.

Also, one of the rewards that we unlocked during the pool party event was the 5 older champions with pool party skins (Renekton, Lee Sin, Graves, Leona, and Ziggs) are all on sale, along with their Pool Party Skins.
