WTB in-game translator so I can communicate with my team!!

I just got done playing with 4 Chinese friends, who didn't speak any English despite my attempts to get them to communicate with me to coordinate our strategies. Since we are seeing more and more of this type of behavior across a multitude of games, not just league. I think we can expect the number of people doing this to increase. So I believe riot should implement some sort of system to instantly translate different languages to the language we select/prefer. Or just force IP addresses to play on their native countries server (but i think that's kinda rude.) Something must be done, because this isn't the first time ive run into this. I like communicating with my team, creating friends, and discussing strategy; its nearly impossible with this current situation.
