Can I buy legendary skins now?
Or do i have to wait until 10am or something. I dont have any refunds left on my account so i dont wanna get ripped off by buying a skin too early.

I say you wait a day more.Riot has delayed every event this snowdown.
looks like it just activated. the mystery chest icons are on the legendary skins.
It works for me. I bought one already and got the free mystery gift.
