Any other bell users in ontairio have bad lag?

so since the 27th of this mouth out of no were ive been constantly getting 150-175 ping with spikes to 500. I was wondering if any 1 else out there in Ontario with bell can confirm this and its bell or is it lol? cause even on ps4 its bad cause i am usually at 39-45 ping max 60 Thx :)
