how many games do you have to play for you to get your hextech loot back after being chat restricted?

I had to spam games for about a week or week in a half before I got mine back. not sure if their is a specific number of games req.
they have some silly mechanics to check how you "reformed"
i wish people liked the principle "a punishment sets all the scores" more instead of restraining rights of those who underwent it
