New buffs location is quite annoying.
I don't really like this new locaiton for the buffs, it can get in the chat and the one for items is a bit wierd too.

If I'm correct, you can actually move your chatbox to wherever you want it to be.
Try hovering your mouse over the chat and see if you get a translucent window. Drag it like a normal window and see what happens.
